Why is your package so well priced compared to other packages? We have spent a long time developing the accommodation websites and the software that works in conjunction with them. Because we have done all the ground work before hand we have developed a system that enables us to create and put together each website quickly and easily and because we don’t have to recreate the wheel each and every time, we can pass these savings on to you.

How long will my accommodation website take to create?

At the time of your order we will discuss with you about which design, colours, pictures, contact details etc...that you would like to use.

Usually, the first draft will be with you in 3-5 days. You will get to see your new fully functioning website and tell us of any changes that you want to make. Once you've told us your changes we go back and do those for you, alternatively you may like it just as it is.

The whole process usually takes between 2-3 weeks. Some websites that we have done in the past have been up and running within 7 days!

Can I customise my own website?

Yes, you can choose colours; you can give us your own images to include in the layout to make it more personal. If you don't have any images we can supply you with some from our picture gallery. We will go through these details at the time of ordering.

Who writes your software?

All of our software is developed by our OWN software programmers. This means that if you have any requests or custom modification requirements, we can handle all of it directly for you. If you have any ideas that we feel are good to include in the software then we are happy to add them in and cover the cost. If it's a custom modification then we can also handle that for you. The fee for custom work will be dependant on what is required and the time taken to complete the work. Usually these are charged at our normal hourly rate of £35 per hour + VAT.

Can I update my own accommodation website details?

Yes, you can update all your website content - website text, cottage/room images, contact details, add & delete cottages and/or rooms, add and delete information, update your online availability, local attraction details, individual room information, tariffs and much more etc...This can save YOU £££s in website updating fees.

Do you offer a FREE domain name with my website?

Yes, with ALL new websites we give you a FREE domain name for your establishment, either a .co.uk or .com. If you want anything other than a .co.uk or a .com for example: .ie, .info, .uk.com etc....then there will be an extra charge to cover the higher price of these other domains. When the domain is up for renewal we will let you know. Upon the renewal of the domain name you will be charged £10 per year, should you still require the same name.

Do you provide FREE hosting for my new website?

Yes, we give you 12 months FREE hosting with your new website. Thereafter, our charges are £35 + VAT per year.

Are there any HIDDEN charges?

NO - there are NO hidden charges.

Are there any MONTHLY charges?

NO - we do not make any monthly charges.

Can I pay for my website monthly?

Yes, if you would like an arrangement to pay monthly, then please call for further details.

Do I own my website?

Yes, you own 100% of your website, assuming there are no outstanding fees* (* you have opted to pay monthly).

Do I own my domain name?

We register the domain name in your name but no one ever owns a domain name. You only lease the names and renew them at the time it's due. Should you want to transfer the domain name to your own registrar then we are happy to do this at no extra charge.

Can I add Google Analytics to my website?

Yes, you can include the code for Google Analytics in to your website through the website control feature. Google Analytics will allow you to track all of your referrals, ads, search engines, email promotions and even offline initiatives. Can I add Yahoo! Web Analytics to my website?

Yes, you can include the code for Yahoo! Web Analytics in to your website through the website control feature. Yahoo! I would like to set up a Pay-Per-Click Campaign with Google and/or Yahoo and/or MSN - is this something that you can do for me?

Absolutely, we can do everything from the keyword research for your campaign to setting them up and managing them. Pay-Per-Click Marketing can be lucrative when set up and run correctly.

Can I include the Easy Virtual Tour shows in my website?

Yes, the Easy Virtual Tour Show Software allows you to create UNLIMITED shows yourself for each of your properties.
